Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. Call to my landline, with heavy Asian accent, for Mr.Whale No-one of that name here. This call was preceded by three others at 15 min intervals, with no-one speaking when I answered - all of which had no caller number given when I dialled 1471 & I suspect are from the same party
