I am on TPS but they claim I opted in to the call by ticking a box in a survey which I never do. Want to help me save money on my energy bills.

I blocked this number after reading on a number of sites that they are a market research company. Don t believe their story that they do not have to comply with data screening /TPS lists etc. I do not think that their excuse we are not a marketing/sales company should excuse these people from TPS lists and private numbers They are unsolicited / cold callers. Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. Incredibly annoying spam likely to cost me a lot of money if I make any selection. Watching my phone bill closely to be sure they are not charging me already. How do I block this number?

It’s a national research company surveying on behalf of companies you have maybe used and your details have been given to them by yourself or by someone else.

Certainly persistent,4 times again already today, do they realise people have things to do, sorry whoever you are I've blocked you!
