Very persistent gent - Jerry Edwards - who, when I insisted, gave me Microsoft Manchester s address and phone number. His number withheld. Having put the phone down on him he rang me back immediately TWICE. Only got rid of him by agreeing to be in at a certain time two days later. They call me everyday for the last 2 weeks - never leave a message. Not worth it.
They rang, called me by name, claimed to be from Legal & General Domestic Services, said that my washing machine warranty was running out, did I want to renew it. My washing machine is over 20 years out and never had an extended warranty, also I don't have any warranties from Legal & General. When I started asking questions they hung up.
