Vanquis; pure harrasment. I now have 6 different numbers, mobile and landlines all from the same source. Am communicating with company, written, but calls still come. Will report to FCA soon.
Rang telling me that I had had a bump on the road and would I like to claim for this. When I said I hadn t had a crash they said Oh, our records state you have, could we be confusing you with someone else in your household? - to which the answer was again no.
