This Asian lady was asking for my debit card details saying that the card was due to expire (she had my name and address) and she wanted to know the new expiry date. I have not had any dealings with the above company for many years so was very suspicious. I put the phone down on her.

Called few days ago. Indian accent claiming calling from Citizen advise bureau. Used my old name. Anyway I never had dealings with CAB. Told him he has wrong person. Idiot told me off "Why are you answering the phone if you are not person in question?". How the FU*K do I know who and why is calling without answering???? He hung up on me. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
