0161 820 3548 First Response accident claims @ 3.24pm on 26th May 2016 Man just called me with the same accident response claim cr*p as others have reported. This is the 3rd call from the same person in the past 2 weeks! Each time I have asked them to take us off their list but they keep on calling.

They told me that the warranty on my Hotpoint washing machine had expired today and asked if I would like to take out a new Service agreement. I advised them not to begin a call with a lie. (My Hotpoint w/m is 2nd-hand and has no warranty.)

Missed call and they supposedly left a voicemail (but didn t). Assume this was yet another PPI call. Argghhh!

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules. Received call from this number 25/3/29. Pre-recorded message telling me I am named in an HMRC fraud investigation and to press 1 to be connected to an operator. Sounds like some kind of scam.

Had a call today from this number.... Just missed the call so rang back. Answerphone said all advisors are busy etc etc, but no company name given.
