Received a call from 01784279719 on 24/08/2017. Asian sounding male asked to talk about my "Windows" PC. So for fun I asked which one? I m an old nerd and have all between Win 3.1 and Win 10, but I did not tell him that! He says "the one running the Windows operating system". It s obvious he is fishing for info! I missed the call so rang back, a lady answered within one second and said ‘my colleague was calling regarding the car accident you’ve had recently’ I said I haven’t had a car accident and they just said ‘ok’ and hung up. My number is registered with TPS but because they didn’t say the name I can’t report them.

great service you provide, these 020 are not the only harassing numbers I get a lot of 0161 numbers I find they are scams in my opinion, car accident, ppi, all the money I have won on different things I don't do. this number from red diesel supplies. I'm not a farmer and don't run a bus company.

Usual scam call about a supposed "no fault" accident I d had recently. Strung him along for a minute before I ripped into him. Told him he was a scamming f****ing P*kki b*stard and I was going to rip his head off. After a minute of abuse from me he finally hung up. Don t be afraid to give these scammers as much abuse as possible as there is nothing they can do, and boy, it makes you feel good letting them know you know they re scum scammers!

Telephone Preference Management have rung me twice today using 01863 300016 - very bad line (that's normally a Scottish Highlands code, but obviously Indian call centre). Asked if I was still getting unwanted calls, and said their system showed that my Debit Card expired in 2018. I said he was wrong, and he hung up.
Have reported them to Action Fraud and Ofcom. They used my number and I was receiving 100+ phone calls and 100+ text messages an hour demanding why I had phoned them. Very distressing. Reply STOP worked.

This number rings at least once a day and its a nuisance waking me at 8:30 or earlier as I try to convalesce after a hip replacement.This is obviously a known number provided by some telecomms outfit. Is it really beyond the wit of man to shut it down ?. As for the TPS don t make me laugh !!!
