SCAM pretends to be police saying NI number has been stolen and fake accounts opened, then transfers to call centre who ask for name, postcode , amount in account etc. probably a hijacked or spoofed number as it is a mobile

Constantly calls, approx. 4 calls a day, until the last 3 or 4 days where it has become more, including 30 calls at least today!! Was asked if I had debts and how I could clear them easily. However, I have also had calls from the same number stating they were Microsoft Technical Engineers - had plenty of them trying to scam me for bank details.
