Number called me and asked me to confirm personal details, which they clearly had. Asked me random questions regarding whether I owned a dog, how much I earned etc, but when I told him I wasn t going to continue to answer his questions and put the phone down, he immediately called back. Phoned on several occasions and I still don t understand what the call is about. Very aggressive manner.

Amy from Amazon (with an Indian accent and obviously from a call centre) said that there had been purchases of gift cards from my Amazon account and was it me who had made them? I said I would not respond to a call centre phone call and hung up. Checked my Amazon account and there were no recent transactions, so obviously a scam.

I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened.
