Once they have you in they'll attempt to extract details of your account, please hang up and call Starling back if this is the case!

Fraud A banking scam - purporting to be TSB and checking fraudulent transactions. Almost convinced us to give standing orders and direct debit details, and had confirmed a couple of transaction. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. 01268395512 - Definitely a spam call. They asked my name 3 times which i did not confirm, 3 times i asked who they were, they gave a garbled response and when i asked the nature of the call they hung up.

I was in a different room but heard a voice coming from the phone. How can they do that? The voice had gone by the time I got to the phone and I was too far away too hear what it said, but I have now blocked it as no one I know would do that.

Text received claiming to from Evri advising me that my parcel wasn’t delivered and requesting I contact a particular website. As I haven’t ordered anything on line it is obviously a scam. I have reported to Information Commissioner’s Office.
