Received voice mail from someone calling themselves Mike Paige from CFS regrdong a "financial matter". I don t know of CFS or a Mike Paige.

Fake Amazon call saying that my account is going to be renewed,

I get frequent calls from this number. Did not answer and no message left. I suspect this is something to do with the washing machine.

Received call from this number 25/3/29. Pre-recorded message telling me I am named in an HMRC fraud investigation and to press 1 to be connected to an operator. Sounds like some kind of scam.

Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. Language poor English/Asian Male. Asked If I had an iPhone or Samsung. Told him It was none of his business at which he forgot his script and didn t know what to say. Then hung up.

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules. They rang me today lady with a strong asian accent, knew my name and postcode. (I didn t tell them they was correct with my name etc) when I ask who they was she gave a name I didn t believe. When I ask what the company was, she replied with f##k you and hung up. Absolute morons!!!!!

I have had the same calls from this guy,. I did make the mistake of paying first time, but since I know of this scam im not no more, but he still keeps ringing me.

recieved a call from HSBC today. somethin about upgrading the "ordinary" account to "premium". well, I don t like being cold called so I hang up. a day later I phoned HSBC. they told I hadn t been called. so..... question... are the guys at HSBC liars or, and more likely, this call had the sole purpose of aquiring account details and so on, aka phishing.

Someone called Katey rang. She claimed she was calling from a company called Switch safer. She asked if my gas appliances were insured. I told her she was breaking the law by phoning me, as I was a member of TPS (telephone preference service. She said she had a filtering device that filtered out TPS members. She then asked if I had paid a £5 to TPS, because If I had not, she was within the law to phone me. TPS later told me that this was rubbish. There is no £5 charge. Very rude woman called. Initially all polite "I m calling from "Eco" - (something I could not hear) - "how are you today"? When I said suspicious of calls like this, she turned nasty - "you re not much of a man if you are scared of a cold call". Beware. Probably scammers.

I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.
