I have stopped answering these suspicious calls for the time being - too busy. As with the one I received at the same time yesterday, when I was having breakfast, I concluded the caller was another criminal trying to persuade me to give them access to my computer so they could infect it. That is because the majority of the calls I get are of that nature. The likelihood was all the greater because, like yesterday s call, it was purportedly from an area where I do not know anyone.

This number called me with an automated message saying there is fraudulent activity on my national insurance number and to press 1 to speak to someone. I pressed 1 and the woman...

I DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS IS JUST GET A LOT OF CALLS FROM THEM

Had two calls from this number. They hung up when I asked them to prove who they were in response to being asked for my security details. Spoke to Orange and demanded to have the calls stopped or as a loyal customer I will leave Orange. Lots of excuses but they accepted in end. I will leave if it happens again!

My TRUECALL device received a call from 01924215367 today. Its operating system would have asked who is calling before asking me whether I wished to accept the call. The caller did not respond and my phone did not ring. I installed this device because I have been a victim of miss-selling and fraud crime. The product is endorsed by BT. third call today 9/2/16, finally spoke to someone who said they were from a company called DIRECT RECOVERY. when challenged about no of calls hung up instantly, very very annoying.

Automated message stating they have been trying to contact and the internet will be cut off within 24hrs.
