Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. This company called today regarding PPI. Said they had sent an info pack to my home - the address was one I lived at over 10 years ago! I told them I wasn t interested and hung up. He called straight back and again I told him no and hung up. He called again and this time I asked for the manager, someone else came on the line and was very rude and insulting! Do not engage with these vile people.

Dishonest doorstep trader doing bodge jobs.

Said she was from Autodesk or AutoCAD and was looking to speak to accounts as license was due to expire. As we don't use Autocad i got suspicious, then she asked if she was speaking to a certain company, of which i didn't know. This may have been a genuine call where they phoned the wrong company or could have been a scam to try and get a payment. As Autodesk now use 3rd party account managers then you would normally know the person calling you and they would be using the correct names.

This number came up on my phone at 7.48am this morning, on lifting the receiver called hung up without speaking.

Called as I had gone over my limit on my card. They did hang up the first time they tried calling me which was annoying to which the adviser informed me that they are having issues with the auto dialler system. I believe Aqua credit also use a similar number.

Said he was from an IT company that I had used recently, when I asked where he got my number from overrode my questions saying he had got it from a database and continued saying I had used one of there services recently. Told him my number was on TPF and he replied not interested and it didn t concern him what I was on. Very aggressive male caller refusing to listen. ended up telling him (very rudely) to go away and hung up
