Fraud they say they’re calling from Sky saying the internet is down and wanting to try and get bank details, ID etc in order to take money from an account they called badgering several Times one after another

He then asked whether my computer was on and if I was using. When I suggested that he seemed to have my details and that he send me a mail, he hung up.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram.
