SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.

These are accident claims services trying to get further compensation for accidents from years ago. They basically want to try to get more compensation for you and passengers but are very aggressive in doing so. I told them to remove me from their data base but still I get cold calls from the same company but via different numbers.
