I ve left a comment as they are now seemingly going from "National Utilities" to "Concept Industries". I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years! The girl ended up putting the phone down on me after she couldn t wriggle out of a few questions I asked. A load of nonsense. Other numbers they ve used include - 01495 816006 and 01622 248006 I m also pretty certain it s the same girl who phones, ha!

Retarded call system means you wait a while to have the "agent" speak to you. Rude staff, the typical rubbish ambulance chasing type.
