Very aggressive scam caller pretending to be from BT reporting a virus on our PC and wanting us to follow their instructions online to fix it. Claim that insurance cover on your washing machine and freezer is coming to an end & they need to send your new policy documents...And at the same time they will send you details for a new D.D mandate., However before asking for your address they ask for your Bank Sort Code and Account Code.
