A call well away from the area I live, claiming to be dealing with energy supplies in my area, and problems with Government grants for loft insulation, but a problem has been found causing damp and mould in the loft insulation. An offer is made to check and replace the loft insulation, to then be charged for work that is simply not required.
Scammers who stole my parents bank details whilst still on the phone pretending to be Microsoft help desk!!! Scum.
