This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. Like others used Anglian in the past. They call every month from different numbers even when you tell them you don?t want anything. They came round last week because ?they were in the area?. Very annoying. They sound desperate and for that I?m sad.

Called from a noisy call centre. Introduced themselves from black pearl claims. Company registered in leeds kept them on the line the wanted to know my address DOB and if i had any loans.
