This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. This number is for a company called Payday UK. I had a loan with them once and ever since they bombard you with calls and txts and no matter how many times you reply saying STOP they take no notice what so ever!!

Rang out of the blue trying to sell me health insurance - even knew my name which was more worrying!
