Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1413672xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Management Services, accident chasers - insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new?

I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born. Got a phone call at 8pm tonight by a well spoken English man. He knew my name, bank and telephone number. Claimed to be calling to ask me questions about my bank. Told him to call me back and hung up. Blocked the number and contacted by bank.
Call center, sounds like the guy was from Africa. Denies trying to sell me something, wants to ask questions about online investment. Doesn't hang up for most of the usual tactics, but gets abusive. Fun to play with, though, if you have the time.
