Since signing up for my first ever car insurance I now receive PI claims texts and now nuisance calls with no-one on the end from this company. Thanks Diamond for passing on my information without my permission!
When I protested that we are registered with the TPS, the caller said I had not renewed the registration annually as required. I told him he was wrong about annual renewal, but he wouldn t have it.
Vanquis bank hastling calls via local numbers to agrresivly and sneakily trying to call you when you may be close to paying .... NOTE this is a form of harrasment by this bank and not tollerated by judge if found to be of an itimidating nature

Answered the call to an Indian woman claiming to be from carphone warehouse. Smelt fake $h1t from miles away. Ive never had dealings with them so challenged her. This is a scam number. Automated call received claiming to be from HMRC and regarding tax fraud. The automated call makes threat about arrest for not paying tax! Asks to press 1 to continue with the call. I am certain if you press 1 then you will be connected to a premium rate number and will be charged hundreds of pounds (may be even thousands).

I have stopped answering these suspicious calls for the time being - too busy. As with the one I received at the same time yesterday, when I was having breakfast, I concluded the caller was another criminal trying to persuade me to give them access to my computer so they could infect it. That is because the majority of the calls I get are of that nature. The likelihood was all the greater because, like yesterday s call, it was purportedly from an area where I do not know anyone.
