No idea who this was as I ignored it. When I tried to call back I got a message this was an incorrect number. Almost certainly a spammer then.
I had the phone call saying Wirral borough council survey. asked how old i was told him 66 he said sorry i have a lot of people of that age,sorry to bother you,and sorry is there a male in that household. I got a bit frightened then tried to phone back to check engaged.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438707xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?
