SCAMi had a number of calls and messages recently from this number 2 automated calls stating there going to go to a county court and 2 voice calls where a gentleman said he was from hmrc but couldn't speak very well English and started asking for my details to be able to tell me Any further info I said that this was not the hmrc number and he hung up I have now blocked this number

If they need to speak to you why dont they leave a message with there name and what it is about ?

This is a text informing you that you can buy your photos for cheap, a persistent message sent long after the company collapsed into bankruptcy last year. One of the owners, Julian, has taken on the entire stock of photos and is trying to wring a dying dollar out of the industry with badly taken photos and insistent message. How the mighty have fallen. These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. SCAM recorded message saying from my Bank that 2 amounts in my bank account and to call them by pressing certain numbers etc!!! Didn’t of course and put the phone down. I only answered as it was from my area, Oxford! They have tried before about 6 months ago. Be careful.

They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!
