After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist. They say they are from BT then try to get you to believe you have a broadband fault and then get you logged on your computer to resolve the problem-yeah right!! If you call the number back it is just a ghost number.
