Female caller said I d had a bump 3 years ago according to their records which had come up on my insurance renewal. Load of rubbish - I ve not had an accident for over 20 years! Told her this and she just went "oh" so I hung up. Would have liked to see where this was going (their phone bill, not mine!) but I didn t have the time.

Threat by HMRC of criminal proceeding for tax evasion
Claims to be about an Amazon order of £399 being dispatched tomorrow if no action (press 3) is taken. Obviously a huge scam. I checked my Amazon account just to make sure, no such order has been placed. Tried to ring back on my mobile, disconnected. The call came in on my land line. Beware!!!

This number appears to be from 2Touch, a direct marketing company. In my case they were calling on behalf of EDF Energy in response to a complaint, so it was a legitimate call.

I am sick to death of the daily calls from this number all times of day no message left etc I have found out it is a sky number based in Cardiff but do not answer or call back getting really sick of it now need to find out how to block this number it s a nuisance especially as I am already with sky! DHL Scam. Don’t give them any information. They’re trying to get payment for unpaid import duty but somehow they’ve got access to DHL’s waybill numbers. But they’re so stupid they can’t even quote the correct amount!

Warranty Direct- endless phone calls at all hours including well into the evening. Ringing them back leads to endless auto prompts- none of which offer Don t phone any more - its all about sales. So never use the on line quotation form- prices grossly excessive and they won t give up harassing you once they have your number. They always cut off as soon as they hear an answer phone.
