Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.
Lady calling to offer advertising space in a 'local magazine', they support a cancer charity. Quite polite and not pushy but I wasn't interested.
Whoever this was purported to be my son and wanted me to call back. Didn't as there were at least 2 red flags.

It’s a loud room and he stated he is in Hong Kong…weird when the so call advert isn’t available, I told him he’s cold calling and it’s illegal in this country and responded by saying why I haven’t hung up…(I’m stopping him phoning someone from being scammed)

Had a call from 01497 874850. From BT Openreach regarding untrustworthy downloads from Facebook / Google. Wanted me to connect to a page on internet to check security has not been compromised. When challenged (ie no problems noticed, I would not connect to any page while on the phone - I would contact BT myself), they hung up. Obvious telemarketing / scamming.
