very very pushy, got angry with me, and claimed it s not a sales call, getting round a technicality that they re trying to save you money. these people need to die.

Caller suggesting I could get some kind of personal compensation for a no fault bump which was settled a long time ago.

Just received a call from this number asking if we take American Express - I advised no and asked what company they were from assuming it was a customer. He just said he was exploring opportunities for points on his cards. This number appears to be associated with American Express but it would be nice if they were honest about the reason for their call. This is a market research company called GSKNOP. I had daily hang up calls from them then eventually spoke to a human who wanted to do a 20 min financial questionnaire but gave me the Market Research Society phone number so I said if they didn t take my name/number off their data base that I d report them to the MRS. I haven t heard from them since.

I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.

I received a call from them which involved a woman shouting with the sound or children in the background. They hung up when I said "Hello". I have blocked them. Very unprofessional, even for scammers.

Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed UK number which could be a very expensive call.

This caller said I had been involved in a car accident. I refused to speak and told them to call back later when my husband was home. My car has never been in an accident.
