SCAM!!! John from the "Medical Alert Centre" called telling me I have been flagged up as qualifying for a free medical alert pendant. He then asked, "Are you over the age of..." seemed to think for a while and then decided on 50. I am a decade younger than this so I just said, "No." which seemed to confuse him and he said, "Right." This number continually calls claiming to be Scottish Power, who want payment for a final bill. Every call quotes a different figure due. At no point can they tell you the address to which this scam is referring to, but the do try to get you to confirm your address to them. The become agitated and aggressive once they realise that you know it is a scam.
I've got plenty of Cardigans, thank you very much; mostly dodgy-looking phone nos. like this one. Off to the blocked list.

I have just had a call from this number on my mobile claiming to be from a fraud team and I realised that it was a scam and wanting my bank details
ALLAY CLAIMS - right lot of fraudulent bast**ds, scammers, thieves & extortionists. Look them up on www.trustpilot.com as well as lots of other websites. They forge signatures on documents and then try to extort money claiming the signed document is original. Best bet is put in complaints to all the toothless regulators and hope enough others do the same and maybe someone will take them off the financial systems. Maybe time for lighting the blue touchpaper.....!!!!!
These maggots keep calling-every few weeks. They claim to be 00Z Group-operating out of Lichtenstein . Despite me telling them the same each time they call-- that I am not interested in trading on stock markets, and have not traded for over 20 years!! Today they claimed that--as a colleague had called me a few months ago-somehow that uninvited cold call meant that I was interested!...bizarre! SCAM Recorded message that Fraud is committed on your credit card. I pressed 2 to speak to them. I then purposefully tricked them by saying "Is that HSBC?".... "Yes sir", he replied, "HSBC Visa services".... "Oh good" I said, "I don't have any HSBC accounts. Now fuck off and stop stealing".
