I get this call sometimes 5 times a week, morning 9.30 and 1.00. Do not respond to anyone who calls you, that you do not know... There are plenty of scammers about.

This number appears to be from 2Touch, a direct marketing company. In my case they were calling on behalf of EDF Energy in response to a complaint, so it was a legitimate call.

Keeps calling me maybe 3 or 4 times a day answers once and never spoke to me

This is a loan broker - They actually did leave me a message which I appreciated. And I did make an enquiry about a loan so I have no issue with the way this company works. I didn t speak to them, just ignored the call as usual but listened to the message and the person didn t really sound like a blood thirsty sales man. Interestingly since making the enquiry - I have received well over 50 calls and this is the first to leave a message and the number was not unknown when they called.

message begins "Barclays, Lloyds, TSB...". I have reported it to the Information Commissioners Office (IC0) at ico.org.cuk. I personally believe that these people should not be permitted to have these numbers unless they reveal their identity. Anyone who accepts goods or services from an unnamed company that cold calls them has got to be daft!

Telephone rings, silence, then the phone is disconnected. Very annoying. I am with telephone preference service!!

Phoned asking for details of claim I had made but when asked the company they worked for they refused to say.

Second number used by Vitality. I used the website for a ONLINE quote, and ticked or unticked all relevant boxes to avoid any contact being made. Clearly they are ignoring this and continue to bother me.

02 Nov 2021 - An Indian guy rang my mobile from this number, knew my name. I asked where he was calling from but couldn’t understand what he said, put him on loudspeaker and asked again and no one in my office could understand what he said? I asked what it was regarding and he said the rent on my address and knew my address?? I said I don’t rent my house and he put the phone down on me??? Asian sounding chap trying to gain access to my computer saying it was slow. Kept him talking for a few minutes to cost him the phone call. After a while he got very abusive calling me all sorts of names then hung up. Keep people like this talking so they don t have time to annoy anyone else.

PPI company, number showed up as based in Macclesfield. Never needed to look into PPI so they had no reason to call me. Just a company who has no doubt bought a list of data to harass people.
