These people have called me several times in the past few days and I picked up was saying hello for a couple of minutes before they asked for me by my surname (how they got this I want to know) and then proceeded to tell me they were wanting to ask me a survey on my home insurance. when I told them I do not own a home I live with my mum (im 23 years old) and therefor do not have home insurance the guy was like oh oh ok. I have no idea who they are or what they want but i receive 2 calls a day everyday saying we need to speak with you have blocked several numbers for them now 1 message left said this is a debt relating to my water in northumberland and i have never lived in northumberland and another vm today said its relating to an outstanding parking ticket sounds like a scam will be blocking every call from them and they should be reported to the financial ombudsman
