Called and asked about a car accident I d supposedly had - as soon as I asked how they knew I was in an accident, they claimed my details were included on a National register of car accidents . I said this was simply not possible, and demanded to know where they had gotten my contact details from and they hung up immediately. Two weeks later, another call. Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.
