They ignore the law by calling call TPS numbers. That alone makes them people you should not deal with.

SCAM. I am getting a lot of practice in ignoring these calls. I am getting very fed up with the amount I get. Still, good practice for my patience levels.
It is an automated message that states that you are being investigated for tax evasion and if you fail to press certain numbers, you will have an arrest warrant issued for you. This could be potentially very dangerous and the number should be blocked immediately.

I reived three calls from this number but nobody was talking from the other side mean three silent calls this morning. Really annoying especially Monday morning in the office.
Suspected tax scam. Automated voice told me that HMRC have a tax fraud case against me and to press 1 to be connected to an HMRC inspector. I hung up and reported to HMRC.

Saw the random number and predicted immediately it would be an insurance scammer. Sure enough, English sounding girl on the phone asking about recent accident. The phone rang but stopped before I could answer it. I called the number to find out what they wanted but the fellow that answered said he hadn’t called me and that he had had lots of similar calls. This number has been spoofed by scammers. Beware!
