I have just checked this number for my 75 yr old mother who got a very scary phone call yesterday from man telling her in a very angry sounding voice NOT TO PUT THE PHONE DOWN A...
They called me several times. The first time I picked it up there was noone speaking and after 5 second they hung up. The second time I just heard an automated message saying the office was already closed and geve time options to call back. this was strange from the beginning. They are AG Legal calling about a car accident they claim I?ve had. Of course I had no car accident. They told me something about money they have for me.. Please, stop it. I?m going to block the number.
I was called today 3 times and the caller said that they are a company to help get red off your debt. I told them no thank you and blocked their number.

Scottish Scammers. They use various names, usually "Green Deal Financing", usually talking about double glazing. They won t give out any identifying information and will hang up if questioned. I now keep a VERY loud dog whistle by my phone, whenever they call they are getting an ear full.

Man called with bad english telling me they do data collection I was asking where they got my details from, they already had my name and surname and were asking questions such as, what brand my TV is and if I have a sky satellite dish. I kept asking what they want to do with my information so the guy just rudely hung up on me.

Location says Trafalgar Square London but possible rerouted there from Indian scam call centres. Each time I order from Amazon I have scammers try to steal my cash! This company uses Voxbone SA (now called bandwidth) services to route calls from scammers. this is just one of many telephone numbers i have had call me trying to scam me and i receive up to six per day for the past few weeks. At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO. Sorry for generalising it but it usually an Asian woman or man.

Must use auto trawlers to get mobile phone numbers and hope some number they text the user has a Halifax account, probably use other Bank and Building Society names.

If you don't press 1, nothing happens and then you get cut off. This seems like a fraudsters way of weeding out the less gullible who will merely waste their time challenging their BS.

Called 12:20 20-dec-2018. Apparently looking to review my life insurance on behalf of Legal & General. When I pointed out that I hadn t had life insurance with them for over 20 years she said it must be my wife then! I hung up on her at that point.
