As everybody else said, an indian man called with lots of background noise claiming to be from Talktalk. He said there was a problem with the internet running slowly. Had I noticed this? I realised it was a scam and thought I d play along for a little. He asked if I had a PC or laptop so I lied and told him that I only had a tablet. Unusual calling ring tone. Complete silence when answered, as though line was dead

Having reported a fault to BT online, I received a call from this number. My (BT) screening phone did not let it through. I rang BT to ask about an engineer and said I had received a call from this number, I was told that, upon checking my account, no one from BT had called. It appears not to be a genuine BT number.

this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100. I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016
