Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. I get several calls like this each weak. They call but never leave a message so i never return the call no point looking for trouble.

Scam call, claiming to be from PC World regarding a phone promotion. Noisy Indian call centre. Soon as I mentioned the telephone preference service she hung up.

Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Fraud this number I believe to be fraud. The caller tells you you have had 205pounds deducted from your card from amazon and another 2,000.00 is about to be taken if this is not you press 1 otherwise press 2.scam

SCAM - number given in a text (from +44 7739741163) supposedly from Lloyds Bank, asking recipient to contact 01332556003 if a standing order for £537 to NVG Life Insurance had not been set up by the recipient. However, the recipient has no account with LLoyds!

Weird person phoned multiple times and when you put their number into Facebook lots of memorials for dead people come up very creepy

+44 7515 397521 This is a spam number using a computerised American ladies accent. It’s stating that you will be arrested for not paying your income tax bill. I would suggest that you block the number

Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.

Its a scam I receive a dubious voicemail from this number "report these transactions" then a few seconds silence then "Thank you for calling" I rang the number to see if they were pretending to be my bank but I got put through to a locksmith based in Bournemouth to which I explained my reason for calling and they replied that it was probably a scam and if they call me again to ignore it. SCAM Call from this number said she was from Carphone Warehouse. Asked why she was calling, some rubbish about a deal on a new phone. When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. Told her to F O and hung up. When looking the number up it appears genuine, so probably spoofed

SCAM This number looks as if it was local to me, but it was not. Strongly accented lady said she was from Virgin Media about the "poor performance of the internet connection". I told her I knew it was a hoax call and hung up.

Left message on answer phone saying I had transferred £1100 to western union and to press 1 to speak to an adviser this is a scam call

Telephone number 07451216084 rang. Automated call advising of high payments to Visa account and wanting me to press a number on my phone to check account. Total scam so terminated call! Do not engage with these types of unsolicited calls!

"David", in his very difficult-to-understand accent, said he was calling from '3' about upgrading my phone. Do I have an iPhone or a Samsung? I don't even have a contract with 3, so this has got to be some sort of scam. I rang off.

SCAM Asian man called Peter insisted he was from Microsoft with the usual nonsense about my computer. The call ended with him telling me to *uck off, *uck off, *uck off.
