Similar numbers have called before and I don't answer as end numbers after 01270 are not from within Crewe itself. I know as in Crewe myself. The call was from Smart Employee Eye Care. This made sense as I had just requested an Eye care voucher through work.
did not recognise number. I answered but did not speak. there was a lot of background chatter, possibly a crowded office or call centre. caller just repeated "hello" without any introduction. they gave up after a few moments and just said "ok" and hung up.

Safe number The Insurance Surgery, really helpful, very knowledgeable and not one to keep pestering. Really helpful when you have pre-existing conditions, great rates and not at all pushy. Only call you when you have made an enquiry so they're not cold callers.

I’ve just had a call from this number which was automated and informed me that a transaction of £900 had been spent on my Visa Credit Card and to press 1 to enquire about it. This is a scam as I don’t have a Visa Credit Card so everyone please be aware of this number .

Yet another Asian sounding scammer! Wanting me to renew my direct debit for so-called insurance on Sky tv stuff. Very insistent that I had a previous direct debit for this. Utter rubbish!
