Fraud, claiming my national insurance number has been compromised or something along the lines. It's a robotic female voice, not an actual caller. Don't trust them, if something like that happens, HMRC would send you a letter, maybe an ufficial email, not call you from a private phone number!

Called twice today. Answered 2nd call - "Mike (Punjabi) Smith", from 'BT'. Foreign person using my IP address for illegal purposes - would need to disconnect my internet for 5 days. Told me to hit CTRL+R and Windows key and enter something. I played along (doing NOTHING on my laptop, but then asked him, "You say this is coming from my IP address - then you can tell me what it is!?". He gave me a random number from hos head, I guess. I ve just received a call from this number regarding a minor accident I was apparently involved in. When I said I hadn t been involved in an accident and my number is TPS registered and asked to be taken off their list, I was told by the lady to shut up!
