Just received a call from an Asian gentleman called Alex Carter claiming to be from BT and saying I have a problem with my IP/internet connection. Told him I am not with BT as they are useless but he insisted that all other providers use BT and it was up to them to sort out and stop all these other people using my internet I just need to start up my computer and allow their technician access to fix! I am being harassed on a daily basis by this telephone number and have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list. I am no longer being polite.

This company is a huge nuisance and should be fined. They do not screen against the TPS and do not remove people from the marketing list when asked. ALWAYS report this number to the Information Commisioner s Office. It is very say to do that on the ICO website. Because if enough people do that, they company will get a massive fine and hopefully be put out of business.

Call my mobile 2 to 3 times a day .When I did answer it went dead .now I see the number and don't pick up.

We are called 3-4 times a day. Every time, I tell them to take us off their calling list (as you are advised to say!), but they just won t stop. They start before 9am and still call into late evening. Their treat is, "if you just answer our questions then we will stop ringing you" . . in other words, if you don t we will continue to annoy you.

got a call from them and they couldn t even tell me where they were or which client they worked for. Said something about security....then why did they give out their company name (based in Manchester) - Best Debt Help, after trying to press for more information they hung-up!

I have received 3 calls from this number in the last 18 hours, 2 missed calls but no voicemail left, I answered third call received but line was dead.

Not sure who this is they rang several times over past few weeks. I have it down on my truecall device as parcelforce but I wasnt expecting any parcels nor got any after they rang. They number is blocked so dont know they rang until i check later

No message left on my answer machine. I did not respond. I’ve received several dubious calls from Wales numbers recently, cannot understand why.

got 2 calls in the space of half an hour from this number, claiming to be from Microsoft and that my "Windows computer" has downloaded a virus without my knowledge. Not according to my a/v software, which is active on all the windows machines at home. Usual scam, supply a credit card number which will get fleeced, but more worryingly they will ask for control of your windows computer to download that very virus they were talking about to your machine.
