I just received a call from this number with a recorded message which stated that the caller was from HMRC and that a tax fraud case had been reported against my name (but did not say my name) and if I did not press 1 immediately, a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. It is quite obviously a scam. DO NOT PRESS 1.

Person calling himself Matthew Taylor rang to speak to my husband allegedly regarding shares my husband has with BP Chemicals. My husband retired from BP many years ago but does hold shares with BP. On overhearing the conversation I warned my husband not to give too many details to this Matthew Taylor and he advised Mr Taylor that he was not interested in the scheme he was proposing.
