This is CIGNA s phone line. They are a medical insurance company. They were returning my call when they rang me.

Ambulance chasers about my accident for which they could give no details, and had the cheek to say that I had asked them to call me about it..... What gives these pond scum the right to disturb innocent people.

called me 4 times this afternoon everytime i told them i was tps registered. each tiem they just hung up as soona s i mentioned it. on the last one i held off telling them about the tps and made up gibberish answers to their ridiculous survey and told them i was 452 years old and then dropped the tps bomb. Company name said choose lifestyle.

Apologies my last entry should be rated as 9 Very untrustworthy. "Technical fault with your BT hub. Please go to your computer so I can fix it for you". Said I was unable to do so at present. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

I too had a message from Heather threatening me with action if I did not return call. I panicked and rang but it said number not recognised so looked it up and found this site!

It s Carphone Warehouse Customer Services. They were responding to an issue I had raised with them.
