I have reported this company to the police for fraud

Apologies my last entry should be rated as 9 Very untrustworthy. "Technical fault with your BT hub. Please go to your computer so I can fix it for you". Said I was unable to do so at present. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

Didn t recognise the number, so didn t answer, caller left no message. If it was a genuine call they they would have, wouldn t they, so probably a junk call.

Recorded English voice telling me that "according to their records" I had a previous accident claim or medical malpractice claim etc. I pressed no buttons and hung up. We re on TPS but this company clearly ignores that. Will report to ICO.

9.45 am. Asked for me by name. Asked where they got number."It came up on my screen". Said I was on TPS (what a waste of time that is) about to ask them to remove my name and they hung up.

A slight twist on other reviews, as claiming to have ?2500.75 (very precise) owing to my daughter, on my phone, for an incident 2-3 years ago, or when pressed, in the last 4 years (all very imprecise!). Asked for company name and told Motor Investigations. I haven t acted on behalf of my daughter on my phone for over 10 years now, so old contact lists being obtained from somewhere. Rang to ask about outstanding debt in my name. I said I don t have any (second time I had spoken to them in the hour) and asked what the debt was. The man said that s what I m trying to find out. I said don t get cross and he called me a f-ing stupid idiot and hung up. Rude, aggressive and fake!
