has a phone call from someone called Abrahams claiming he was from B.T.C about a P.P.I claim ...told them to go forth and multiply or words to that effect

Received a call from someone wanting to talk about my Internet connection.

When I dialed the number, it was out of order, so it looks like this call was from an overseas number that was spoofing a UK dial-back number.

I just got called by this number and looked it up - glad to see so much info - my phone can block numbers so done, thanks

Had 9 calls on Tuesday, I didn t answer as i d left my phone at home. Answered the 3rd call on Wednesday, Guy asking for Bank details to set up contract for phone. My Pixel phone flashed red for scam call so I didn't answer. Checked the no. on this site & am grateful to previous contributors. The no. is now blocked.

If they call unexpectedly be aware someone could be trying to do something with your account. Don?t just ignore.

I answered, a man was on the other end, claimed to be a part of a pension plan scheme, I never paid to on, opted for one, nor did my previous employer contributed to one on my behalf, told the man this in answer to his questions, he thanked me for my time and said bye. That was it, but the fact it was unsolicited, made it seem like a scam.
