SCAM! I had a call from this number. Man claiming to be "Tom" and calling on due to some government funded loft lagging placed in the loft a few years ago. He said there have been reports of condensation and mould and they noted that we hadn't had a loft survey since. He said not to worry, and proceeded to ask if I was the home owner. Please please if anybody else has charges from these numbers contact the communication ombudsman. currently according to o2 they are aware of this scam but refuse to be held responsible for just handing over money to scammers without contacting me. Just to note if it were your bank they would contact you about fraudulent activity, put a stop to the charges and refund you. O2 refuses to do any of this.
