Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Said it was the tax office. And if I don't dial 1 to speak to someone a warrant for fraud will be issued by the police. I work in a govt department in a large company, I get paid and pay taxes and all my bills. So the s must be fraud. And who calls for this on a Saturday. Really.

It was a dead call. It rang, I answered. Several seconds of silence later and the call dropped. Another site has a claim that it is a debt management company. I could not tell. Ringing and hanging up to encourage a call back seems to be on the rise. I would say that there is no reason to trust it.

Called today 27/10/20 at 8.19am . Non English accent said were from BT. Had this type of call before said that my internet had been compromised and they were going to switch it off. Considering I am not with BT it is a joke. Halted them in mid conversation said no thank you not interested and hung up. My time is too precious to be wasting talking to scammers.
