Tried to pretend he was from Telephone Preference Service. But when I asked for clarification of the difference between TPS and the company he represented rang off immediately. Will this deter him? I very much doubt it. This was the second call of this type today.

This number has come up 39 times and each time the person hangs up. Does he/she realise that by calling from the USA to UK is going to cost them as our line is low call for UK mainland and premium for International private callers. This company called and tried to take advantage of my 77 year old mother. When I rang to complain they hung up on me and when I called back and spoke to a manager, he was and I quote "I don t care what your think" Extremely unprofessional in the way they dealt with me and my complaint

They then ask you to go onto your own personal account to login to get refund. All looks nice and pucker but then they try really forcefully to get you to login.
