Asian caller who said it was Adam from Open Reach and there was a problem with my internet and my connection would be lost in 4 hours. He said I needed to turn on a computer or laptop so he could sort the problem out. I told him my laptop needed charging up and he said he would call back in half an hour. received a call today from 01255554810. Indian sounding man said just wanted my opinion, I told him I will not give any personal details, he kept asking me to confirm my name and I refused. I asked him to repeat his organisations name and he refused too. I refused to answer his questions and he said he would keep calling until I answered his questions. I hung up and called the number back - the line is dead.
