Caller claimed to be talk talk with a solution to my broadband problems. Thankfully I could not hear them very well so asked for a number to call them back on. Rang the real talk talk who said no, not one of our numbers and we have not called you today.
28 Oct 2021 - Thick sub continent accent called himself Kevin and was asking about loans and credit cards. Claimed he was from a debt solutions agency. Kept him talking for about ten mins feeding him misinformation and asking him about his fav songs and told him I was gonna get concrete socks from a loan shark if he didn’t help me today. Received an obscene call from this number this evening - young sounding guy with northern accent. He hung up when my husband asked him what he wanted. Fortunately I am too old and experienced to be upset by it, but someone else might not be. Nasty, since he asked for the previous subscriber for this line by name.

SCAM / SPAM I received a call today, 18th of August 2020 from this number and it was a robotic voice stating it was the HMRC and that the name associated to my number had been involved in fraud. To press 1 otherwise i will be arrested shortly. I didn't check with HMRC, but i doubt this is the way HMRC contacts you if you are involved in any type of fraud. Be aware people! They are probably hunting for your data to commit fraud. I wish they could catch all these people doing this kind of stuff.
