Was contacted by this number but no-one spoke.

Arrived within email - “thedomainbureau.co.uk” Very suspect email.. looks like a domain renewal scam .. fake invoices for real domain renewals. I phoned the number - said they were a Utility discount company or words to the effect that they give quotes for cheaper utilities.. the woman answering did not recongnise “domain bureau” - which suggests what? Either folk at that business are running (multiple) scams, or denial is how they avoid people confronting them.. “plausible denialbilty”

Have called 3 times in the last couple of days. I get so many junk calls that I have decided not to answer and just dial 1471 afterwards.Doesn t it sound odd that the conpany name is very similar to Great Ormand Street? . Still wouldn t trust the caller.

Not a day goes by without a moron calling from this number and asking to speak to a Mr Green. The same person calls on a different number if you block the number they are calling from. I spoke to George at Insure me online. He was actually very professional, and it was to do with a life insurance enquiry that I made online. I did tell him about me Googling his number as I didn t recognise it, and we had a bit a joke about why I would spend my time searching for his number, when it s so much easier to just pick up the phone. ...anyway, he seemed like a nice chap, so my advice to anyone else is just to pick up the phone and see what he has to say.

Scam...don t answer and hang up. They want you to give them your personal details. When you ask them who they are they don t answer...beware

never answered the call as the number looked strange. If it was santander then the number would be known. searches on the net say its a fake Santander number but seems to be new to most databases. Best to ignore all unknown numbers.
