this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100. I was rung on my day off to have a woman insist I had been in a car accident and when I went to ask if my number could be removed from the systems she hung up on me. I found her very rude and quite patronising.
